Friday, April 27 2012 at 7:00pm  – the Blue Rocks will donate proceeds from the Fireworks Game to GOTR!  You must purchase tickets using the attached form in advance for us to get a portion of the $12.00 ticket.  Last year we raised over $400!!

Follow along with our 5k Training Program… A running/walking training program so you can join our girls at the Girls on the Run 5k on May 19th!!!

5k PRE-RACE LOGISTICS:

Where is the race? 
Shipyard Shops at the Riverfront. Parking is available in front of the stores and the Chase Center. Allow plenty of time to park. We suggest parking by the Big Fish or Iron Hill restaurants and walking to Dravo Plaza, it will make exiting the area alot quicker for you!

What time should we be there? 
Girls are to meet their coaches by 7:45 am to get their bib numbers. Each team will have a sign with their name on it.

Where do parents and running buddies go? 
All parents and/or running buddies running in the race need to pick up their numbers at the main registration area located near Dravo Plaza. After picking up your number, please return to your daughter’s team area outside.
GOTR PARTICIPANTS – DO NOT CHECK IN AT THE MAIN REGISTRATION AREA. If you are not running, you may remain with your daughter in her team section.

What if it rains?

The race will take place rain or shine. It will only be canceled if there is thunder and lightning in the area. Check our website or Facebook page.  We have NO RAINDATE!

What should my daughter wear? 

Dress according to the weather but ALL GOTR PARTICIPANTS should wear their colored SEASON shirts. Shirts should be visible during the race.
