Girls on the Run Delaware hosts two 5k run/walks annually, one in the fall and one in the spring.   The Girls on the Run 5k races is the culmination of the 10 week program.  We invite you, your family and friends to join us at the 5k as we celebrate our girls’ success.  They are truly inspiring events for all participants.  The happy smiles on our girls’ faces say it ALL!!
