We are going to get you moving, jumping stretching at home with a new self competition called:
I CAN DO THAT!!
Here are some fun things for you go
Hoola Hoop for 5 minutes...and if you don't have a Hoola Hoop, jump rope for 5 minutes
Play Hopscotch for 20 minutes, alone or with a friend
Ride your bike or scooter for 20 minutes
Do 2 sets of 20 stomach crunches and then 2 sets of 10 leg lunges
Play tag outside for 20 minutes, if there is no one to tag, do 50 Jumping Jacks
Play catch for 20 minutes, if there is no one to catch, jump rope this time for 10 minutes
Get to a park and try out the monkey bars for 20 minutes
Dance to your favorite music for 20 minutes
Do 50 Jumping Jacks
