Our 5k Event requires many helping hands.

Volunteers are needed the week before the race to help organize the race supplies ( tee shirts, medals, merchandise, decorating etc)

Race Day Volunteers are needed for the following areas:

SET UP: Get the Team Areas ready, Decorate the race area ,usually 6:30am-8:30am, many set up volunteers can participate n the race.

REGISTRATION: Hand out bib numbers and tee shirts.  Usually 7:30am-8:45am, many registration volunteers run the race.

WATER STATION: Set up and hand out the water. Usually 7:30am-10:00am

FOOD: Set up and monitor food tables ( nothing cooked on premise) Usually 7:30am-11:00am

COURSE MARSHALLS:  Chaperone the course.  Great way for non running parents to help monitor the safety of the runners.  Usually 7:45am-10:00am

MERCHANDISE TENT: Help sell and restock GOTR merchandise.  Usually 7:30am-10:30am

BREAKDOWN: Help us put everything away until the next season! 10:00am-1:00pm
